2023 Planting Schedule

Let’s get some plant pots printed! How about some plant vine ties? Garden markers for those little seedlings. To help with quality control, I want to print items I would and will use in my own home plating. So I will dig straight into the heart of it.

Supplies:

Seeds Heirloom seeds I purchased from Amazon- Gardeners Basics and Sow Right Seeds.

Starter Seed Set Bought mine from Amazon again (since most stores don’t seem to carry them until your spring.

Dirt Peat Pellet Starter Discs, make sure to buy enough for how many plants need to be started.

Heat Heating Pad or Space Heater for the area you will be starting your plants.

Sun Sunny window, just remember that if it is cold outside, the draft will not be good for your seedlings. I use a sunny window and a grow light.

Safe Place for Indoor Growing With pets inside my home, I use a great Dane dog crate to place my seedlings in with the grow light.

Know your dates for starting seedlings and the dates for moving seedlings outside in the garden. Dates differ for each plant and for where you live. Free online Farmer’s Almanac is what I use. You can place your zip-code in the website I linked to find the dates for your area.

Tables of my start dates for the plant I will be planting:

I have not found any 3d print items that I plan on printing. All of the items I purchased seem to be very practical and easy to use. The only thing I can see being printed to use is a small spouted water container for watering the seedlings. Below are photos of my started plants. I will post updates on printed items that I use as the garden progresses. Thank you for stopping by!
